I Know A Girl (She's A Mystery) Joel Dobbins You Know Who You Are
Back Story:
"This song was originally recorded before I even had an audio interface, so I recorded it directly by plugging it into the line in on the computer. As a result the recording quality of the original recording was never going to be amazing but the song was always a favourite of mine that I had stored away in the vault. After finishing up the lyrics, and re-recording everything with the latest gear to achieve optimal quality possible, this song really shone. Donna's performance with the vocals really helps make the song reach its potential I think too! The song was written with Mystery Girl being an inspiration which of course Bono from U2 presented Roy Orbison for in his album Jeff Lynne produced for him."

Lyrics:
I know a girl
I'm in a whirl
In love I fell
She's a mystery
I know a girl
Saved by the bell
Out of her shell
She's a mystery
I know a girl
There's such a swell
No sign of hell
She's a mystery
I know a girl
Can't really tell
Is this farewell
I wish she was mine now
Aging alone how could I allow
We're on the same whacky wavelength
Together we could be our strength
How could the years make so much difference
Why do I keep sitting on the fence
I know a girl
I shouldn't dwell
Being parallel
She's a mystery
I know a girl
Riding carousels
I'm quite compelled
She's a mystery
I know a girl
Ought to repel
Quite the rebel
I wish she was mine now
Aging alone how could I allow
We're on the same whacky wavelength
Together we could be our strength
How could the years make so much difference
Why do I keep sitting on the fence
We're on the same whacky wavelength
Together we could be our strength
How could the years make so much difference
Why do I keep sitting on the fence
